I think you mean superbike tail. If installed correctly there should be no issue with the fiberglass. Some require a seatpan/support underneath, others have it built in.

Bluestreak carries the foam seats. You can also just buy foam and do it yourself from michaels or any other craft place.Off topic or maybe not. I picked up a new to me 04 R6 with a superbike tail. I want to put a thin piece of foam on it or what have you as it's just bare fibreglass right now.
Any suggestions on where to source one i can make myself or a kit I can buy to stick one on?
