Suspension, possibly tire pressure, combined with riding too fast on the street. You can see the bike lose traction as soon as he crosses the pavement transition line.

At 2:49 (slow mo), you can see what appears to be a part scraping the road, perhaps the right foot peg. This seems to unsettle the rider, as you see his left foot come off the shifter. This could possibly be why the rear had reduced traction as well.
