I really appreciate all the feed back. Going to give a call around too some agencies and see what I can get.
Will post back too tell you guys the best deal I get just in case their are some people in my situation in the future.
EDIT: Called around and a lot of companies didn't want to take me because of my age.
I called TD once more just because of people saying the quote was way too high and they gave me a new quote at $2368 so way better then what I was getting. I have no idea what was going on before
