Probate lawyer?

Same , I not planning on going anywhere soon, but my cleanup is very organized. I’ll make sure if I see it coming to get big ticket stuff gone , nothing like the kids getting a travel trailer when they live in a different province or a boat sitting in Florida costing 9k a yr . And worth 3k ……

An elderly friend has thousands of dollars in high end wood and metal working tools but is too feeble to use them. His offspring are not handy with tools and show no sign of wanting to learn. Gramps doesn't like selling off stuff that might come in handy some day.

Try to convince gramps to move it along to someone useful. Good chance the kids put it in the dumpster. That may encourage him to save the tools.

I’m in that boat , metal lathe /milling machine / wood lathe / table saw/ presses / bandsaw and thousands in pneumatic/ electric hand tools and 4 rolling cabinets full of mechanic tools . Neither kid can make use of 3% of it . Over the years I acquired tons of it from exactly the same circumstances. Dad dies here , mom needs it gone to downsize , kid lives in Vancouver.

Similar. Four "Skil" type saws and seven angle grinders because I don't like changing blades. Two table saws, ??? power drills.

You talking about my dad or what? He’s got so many tools I don’t even know what half of them do.
