Since we have been talking about comp testers in a few threads.

Bosch Pro Comp Tester $35. 10, 12, 14, 14 long and 18 mm

I paid $55 at CT years ago for mine. Doesn’t show on website yet and limited quantities

that's a great price. I am sure I paid <$100 for a name brand tester a few year ago.

Funny, it's not in my flyer at all. Looked through a bunch of times thinking I was going nuts. They've also got a 1000 lb work bench advertised in my flyer for a decent price ($199), but it's nowhere to be found on their website.

Do they have different products store by store? I'm in Hamilton, maybe it's a different region from the GTA.

I'm about to start a track conversion for an RC51, so a lot of wrenching is in my future...

I’m in Oakville. I go to Hamilton to shop. Page 51 surplus section. Do you mean the work bench on page 15.

Well, shoot. That's embarrassing. There it is.

Yeah, the work table is the one on page 15. Looks like just what I need, but wanted to dig deeper and see if it was suitable for vice mounting.

Back on sale for $34.99. Might buy this time. Mine doesn’t seem to have 10 mm that the klx250 needs.
I have a decent one but the spring in the valve failed and sadly buying a whole new tester isn't grossly more expensive than a replacement valve (and the tester is much easier to buy). In case anyone else runs into this mess, compression testers use white valve cores with a really light spring in them. If you try an use a commonly available red core, you get garbage results (well, it may be possible to figure out an offset caused by the core but you sure as hell don't get the right number on the gauge).
