Premium Fuel price gouging?

Costco is normally a 10 cent spread. Ime, everywhere else has always been 20 cents plus for the spread.

As for comparision to US, when their price goes up 10 cents per gallon, ours goes up 10 cents per litre. Fuel prices are more related to psychology than the price of oil.

Psychologically speaking, gas seems cheap at $1.72 after paying $2.10 but if you roll the clock back........

Forgot to mention
I fuelled up in Innisfil on Friday when gas was 1.62, but 91 was 1.93.. 🤷‍♂️

Same here. I only put ethanol free in my lawn stuff. My cars only taste a few litres of the good stuff when I purge the hose blend from the pump before filling a gas can. $1.61 for the house need, $1.92 for 94 today.

I don't know why people are so scared of Costco Premium fuel >.>
It's even more of a mystery when they then go and fill up at Husky...

In other news, here's a decent Yahoo Finance article on the increase in gas prices, it tries to steer away from political/pandemic/war rhetoric and provide a more "follow the money" view of the situation (try not to get to nihilistic while reading it, as with all news these days).
