or, waste lots of money on garbage that is glorified caffeine products with a bunch of other **** that is just extra chemicals and placebo crap.
 
My fiances dad is 59 and bench presses 540lbs sets. The dude lives and breathes gym, and has for the last 30 years of his life.

He usually recommends what supplements are good, what works and what doesnt. He gets samples all the time and lets me try the stuff.

Nano Vapour doesnt do anything for me, The stuff that i found works real good, focuses me, gives me drive for that extra push is:

Some say it doesnt do anything for them, others say its bad for you....all i know is, mix a scoop of that with a half liter bottle of water and my drive goes up 200%. I push harder, recover faster and overall want to be at the gym on it. Two weeks on, one week off rotation.
He's switched to Jack3D, the new formula and says its working for him.

Fruit punch is good, pineapple has weird effect on me.

I buy them in US when going to pick up packages.

Word of warning. Do NOT go over your dosage, do not keep taking it. Your body has to take breaks from it.

NitraFlex is what i use and its good stuff. I only started using it and only on my 2nd bottle now.

Ive tried alot of pre work out stuff and found only 2 that work well. This one and SuperPump250.
 
2-4 eggs, soy milk, 1 banana, yogurt, ground flax and honey to taste, 1/2 hour before
 
1MR changed their formula it is not as good anymore. i have been using C4 for a while now and its the best i have used.
 
States always has the best stuff. Deffinitly worth a trip for much better supplements.
I order my protein in as well. I get 25lbs tubs at a time.

I sparingly use pre workout - I use mp assault and half the dosage because full was too much for me. My friends use c4 and it works just as well. You can't really go wrong with what's out there right now. I'd recommend everything in this thread, just depends on what's sale at the moment. Most of the time I can get by on a cup of coffee.

I ussually have 25 grams of whey before and 50 grams with creatine after.

I have never used the the pre workout drinks

If i need a kick i grab a cofee before workout..

The thing with pwo's is that they are not really for muscle building per se.... they CAN make you feel more alert and focused and that in turn can make you lift better.. but by no means do they make you bigger. Its a great money making market for these companies though.
If you want a really cheap pwo concoction and pretty much what superpump is... buy a tub of beta alanine... some AAKG and some caffeine pills. Mix it all up and thats a pwo. Waaay cheaper then buying it from the major brands and per serving is more that half off the major chit.
 
They do what they do, i dont think anyone advertises PWO's as muscle builder in itself.

On the other hand, its hard to build muscle if you arent into the routine and are slacking off, or not even going to the gym.

I drink half the bottle before workout and 15 min later, i'm willing to rip my front door off to get to the gym.

A couple of shots of espresso and drink cold green tea in a bottle.. That'll get and keep you going.
 
I use C-4 and love it. No crash and it keeps you moving. I don't find it affects me in any bad ways. I ave taken some others that did not work so well for me. Everyone is different and not all Pre-workouts will work for you. It's trial and error, and an expensive guessing game.

Everone will tell you something different about what the other guy is taking and what worked for them.
