Pranking a cell number

Anyone know of a good place to post up a cell number in order to prank it? I have an aquaintance (very loosely put) that has been irritating the hell outta me with outlandish statements, and many warnings to stop calling my cell have gone unheeded. I informed them that if any more calls were received, then I would post the cell number and request everyone and anyone to prank it or just call and hang up or do whatever they wanted to. Calls stopped for a bit but they started again.....They were warned again and still I just got a call this afternoon. Call display so no mistake. This person is a complete moron. I haven't answered that caller in months..still carries on ....

So if there is somewhere I can post it. LET ME KNOW!!!. My handle is on too many other sites for various topics so I don't need the hassle of them knowing my web name. They aren't too pc literate anyhow, but it would just be an aggravation.

In order of effectiveness:

Kijiji/Craigslist, post super coveted things for super cheap or free, attach the cell number to the ad and say NO EMAILS. You really want to get them, put their address too.
Bus station/Subway station bathroom
Bus/Subway

As Macs said Craigslist personals. Anything goes with CL. Whatever gender relationship that would draw undesired attention.
Beware, it works on your number as well and they have it.
 
If they are calling your cell, can't you just call your provider and tell them to block it? (aka that you are being harassed by a single number)
 
Step 1) Call the person and make a disparaging remark about his mother.
Step 2) Have that number blocked by your cell provider.
Step 3) Live your life in peace.
 
If you have selective call forwarding service...... then you can choose to forward their phone number only.

Set their number to be automatically forwarded to 9-1-1.

Further to the kijiji stuff: Specify you are a shift worker and can only answer calls between 2AM and 6AM. Or try to post a pic of Free Puppies for first person that calls. Never Fails.

Sign up for every free contest or timeshare seminar you can find, using that number. The rest will take care of itself.

Pretty sure it's free actually (so long as you are not constantly calling them about numbers to block) -- Plus as others have said, whatever you do prank him he can do back (or worse), so is it really worth the headache?

Last time I had a number blocked was over 10 year ago, so it may be free now.

I can register a spam number (block it) on my Galaxy S3 without even contacting Bell
 
years ago someone posted my brother's number on craigslist in the casual encounters section. he had to change his number eventually. i always thought i was into some sick stuff till he showed me the texts that he was getting.

There used to be a jailbreak app called 'MCleaner' that could do it -- I have/had it on my iPhone 2G.

In all my cellphones, i've had that option on my phone. Plus forwarding

I was able to do that in my non-smartphone (The good ol' flip phone). This was about 5 years ago.

what phone are you using? if an android phone use extreme call blocker, you. can block calls and sms messages from reaching you.
