Wow, that's a great attitude. I wonder how many long term successful business have that customer service model. Oh yeah, none.

If one of my employees told a customer "If you don't like our service goes somewhere else" I would fire them on the spot. It's poison to customer relations.

It might be the truth, but stating it like that is unprofessional to say the least.

It was directly at "Guess Who".Not the general membership of GTAM.The forum will always welcome new ideas in the "Support" forum.Sorry if it came across so strong,but mods have better things to do than deal with that kind of stuff.Like riding!
 
at the risk of putting this thread on (off?) topic, the classifieds became a bit of a cluster**** at times, especially in threads where the OP was perceived to overvalue his motorcycle. It became a witch-hunt.
