So i was correct. A splash of Sauza and some Schmirnoffs.Zippo lighter fluid.
Erdinger is great. When the LCBOs open again go and see if they have the other lines from the same brewery, they have a hopfenweiss (8% alcohol, delicious!) and I think they have a dunkel too (dark Weiss). This is one of my favourite summer beers served chilled with a lemon slice.These have become my 2 new favs when it comes to beer.

A friend that makes ginger beer for a living said this is a good place to start for diy.So last night I put fresh grated ginger into a bottle of diet soda water , left overnight , strained out today and mixed with rum . Ok it’s no resort bar dark and stormy , but I’ve paid people to mix worse drinks .
