I have a ninja 300 - fender eliminator, shorty levers, psngr seat cowl and tank grips added - soon slip on exhaust and then I trade it in next year for a gixxer
whats the point in spending more if your going to trade it in so soon?

Just be aware that you will not get the money back (or even close) for those upgrades, so if you are going to spend your money on them, keep the stock parts so you can put them back when time comes to sell your bike and then sell those "mods" separately. Free advice
