with that kind of machinery, i would attempt to ride the wheels off it however and whenever i can.

LOL next year, it's my first bike since my FZ 750 in the early 90s. I did put 7K on her this year feeling it all out again though...went through Ontario, QC, NY, Vermont, NH, Maine...it was a blast! In 5 days...my *** still hurts LOL

I've been looking at your bike all summer parked on Front next to Brookfield Place. What's the scoop on the carbon front disks? I've seen these on Motowheels. Do you require different brake pads? How do they compare to the standard rotors? Thanks!

Yep I guess that's me LOL. I bought from Randy at bellissimoto.com (almost all of my stuff is from him, great guy to work with).

You need special pads, for sure, but the rotors are instant on. They feel like crap for the first 100K but then they are just magic after that. I've not used more than 2 fingers even in the worst situation since I put them on.

Also just got the Brembo lever and separate lines for each rotor, made a difference, mostly feel but slightly tighter, too

You have a bike that gorgeous and you are looking for a tent for winter storage?? At least get a plastic/steel shed for it!

You can store it in my living room if you want. It will add to the "conversation pieces" that I have inside for the winter.

Haha thanks guys. I do keep it in a garage, it's just that it is both humid in there (even in the winter) and quite dusty, so for the winter, a tent-in-a-garage with a dehumidifier should work.
