nice rotors, what are they?

Looks good man!

Thanks. This is another +1 to Johnny! =D

Says "BRAKING" right on the rotor. Goto their site and, voila, it's a Braking Batfly Strada.

Make sure you Google Braking USA lol Googling "braking" was...well, useless. Was trying to do research before I purchased them a few weeks back.

How did you or whoever the owner is get that gold?

Canadian tire, i bought two cans of gold engine enamel and painted it myself. took about two days but it was well worth it. pm if u want the exact can paint i can send u a pic of how the can looks.

Damnit, I was hoping it would be anodized or powder coat =(

I'm not too fond of paint due to many postings of it easily scratched.

Didn't you just get all that stuff done?

Yeah. I was curious to see if the gold he had was PCed or anodized. Johnny spent 2 weeks on a wild goose chase trying to figure out how to do the gold I wanted. After my own Googling pointed to "it's nearly impossible", I just said to go with the default PC gold.

Out of curiosity, what kind of gold were you after?

He wanted to match anodizing, which isnt really possible. Not a good match anyways, just like chrome powder coat, it has come a long way but chrome doesn`t look like real chrome at all

it honestly doesn't scratch that easily at all. one of my buddies has the same paint on his cbr600 and he dropped wrenches and sockets on it then it got a chip. to fix it he just sprays more paint on that spot and it matches perfectly after a light wet sand, cant even tell he touched it up. for $22 im happy LOL

Just painted a couple of months ago!

If you're gonna list this much info at least include the model. :p

Obviously, from the pics, it's a 250R.

Taking advantage of this nice weather :)
