If so what did you learn? If not why not?

I'm actually sure it was answered somewhere here but I have to go work on my bike and study for some random class I am required to take.

i guess i got too used to driving a car, its the only reasonable explanation, I think when I started straightening out i got scared and tried to turn the bars to the left which made me straighten out even more.

odd enough though I always pushed right to turn left and vice versa on a bicycle when I was a kid

Apparently he took RTI, passed, and said his instructors didn't teach him how to counter steer.

No, he said they only taught him how to counter steer at low speed, because as youngrider has shown us in many posts counter steering is totally different at high speeds

It isn't about come backs or whatever. We were all completely new to riding once but this guy's leaving me speechless. Sometimes over thinking stems from the inability to understand.

Yes I am 17, I've driven a car harder than most, wouldn't say I am hardly used to driving a car.

The rest of us have no way to verify your claim. Suffice it to say that some of the rest of us have a bit of experience with teenage kids who think they know everything, but don't realize that they don't know anywhere near as much as they think they do. Others among us remember what we did as teenagers ourselves, and wonder how we got away with it.

took rti m1 exit course, no worries
