post bike crash?

Look I'm not going to flame ya, some others guy have done it. But seriously, rethink the way you ride- even ride a bicycle and get the feel of being on two wheels. I think you sub-consciously panick braked into the turn and the bike went straight up. Your bike will not straighten up on it's own magically, it takes an action. By the way, I never said the reason you crashed was because you didn't have gear I said you don't wear your gear for the ride but rather for the crash. GL.

Don't need a pm to know his insurance isn't above board

don't know what that means, if you're saying its not real then i can take a photo of it lol

200K liability and nothing else?

1 mill liability, nothing else

Understandable, but i was only saying I wasn't going to ride with gear down the road, but I will when I go farther then that.

I'll practice riding a bit more in that case, guess I didn't really understand push steering after going in to the turn and leaning I thought pushing on the right handle bar would turn the bike to the left more, it straightened out the bike and lead to my crash. Im just blessed I wasn't injured in any serious way as a crash like this was more than enough to kill a rider.

Twist of the Wrist 2. BTW a five year old understands push steering on a bicycle. I'm still in awe at how many people fundamentally don't understand push steering. If you can't do it you have no reason being a a two wheeled vehicle.
And pushing the bar left will turn it left.

Do you have your M2 ? Did you take a Motorcycle Safety Course ? Doesn't sound like it if you don't know about push steering.

That would explain why the bike mysteriously stood up.

My mouth dropped when I read this. I'm speechless man. You shouldn't be on the road until you know how to turn your bike....

I'll be frank, get off the bike and go take the RTI course. You're going to get yourself killed.

took the rti course...

Take it again and listen this time. I did that course staring from never sitting on a motorcycle before to being a completely competent rider on the street.

Yeah I wasn't sure how to respond to his post...

some kids just learn enough to pass a test and others learn.

Guess which category OP falls into?

Sorry if I come off as angry but these people are sharing the roads with everyone else. Now we have to worry about other riders as well as cars.

definitely the second one :lmao:can't say I learned much through RTI though.

Gene and John are the names I can remember.
And Gene and his wife are currently touring the Americas on their bikes.

so they brought street lights and cars, big curving roads, pot holes, and everything else? I wanna join your class :D

all i remmeber is one instructor called Lynn

Because they obviously have an idea about what they are doing. I'm ducking out of this convo since there's no point wasting my time.

Good lol, if someone things a m2 course will make them "fully competent rider on the street" then its obviously they're bullshitting. Sure it can help but you have to learn some things on the road and not in a parking lot.

Don't all instructors know what they're doing?
Isn't that why they have a job there anyways?

And just what are you trying to get across to the OP?
