We only did one scenic stop so these were all the photos i could take.

The plans changed to head east and do the "Scenic" coastal route from Mill Street (Newcastle) south of the 401 to Port Hope. We hit some quiet backroads and stopped for lunch at Gores Landing on the South side of Rice Lake.


Thanks for coming out and joining me on my "Playing Hookey Ride", it was nice meeting and riding with all of you.

Now to wash the bike....nahw.

Sorry I had to leave early, rode through a sun shower for about 10 minutes between Port Hope and Newcastle on the 401 , just enough rain to wash the bugs off. Did you continue East of Gores Landing along the lake?

Thanks again for organizing the ride SeaBreez. It was are really nice ride even though we got caught in the rain for a bit.

It was nice meeting and riding with everyone. Hopefully I can get out and ride with you guys again.

So I have over 2.5 hrs of vid to go through. Got two hours into editing and had to drive a friend home... I come back and my computer had rebouted itself and it didn't save so I have to start editing all over again. lol Hopefully I can work on it today.

Doing the finishing touches to the vid. Can't believe I got it down to 4 min and 30 seconds from 2 hrs and 20 min. I can't upload it cause I dont have access to the internet on my lap top but I'll do it tonight when I get home.
