Personal trainers-fitness question

lol what? why would your gym care, what are they gonna say, get out dont use our gym? if so, say, f- you bye bye
 
For diet, form and workout routines I suggest bodybuilding.com Just surf the site for a bit and you will come across loads and loads of information on workingout and routines made by fitness models, bodybuilders and athelites. Almost all of the articles have video's of workingout and form, what to do each day and meal plans.

Just stay away from the forums.....people that post there are kawks

If you're just starting out, try power 90 first and if it's too easy, do p90x. For me, I do a mixture of asylum and p90x so I get my weights and intense cardio.

I'm at goodlife. Would be willing to help. But don't rub off your negativity on me, lol.
When I am at a gym, I am at home, my troubles are away.
 
I'm at goodlife as well, but it's a pretty laid back location. My friend was visiting from BC and I managed to score a free week pass and showed him my routine. Nobody there seemed to care.

Mind you, I wasn't counting reps or screaming slogans at him or having him do weird crap on bosu balls. I was just showing him how to do an exercise, gave him tips on it, and forced him to finish his sets :D

Depending on how casual the interaction is, I don't see this to be any different than two friends working out together and giving each other advice....except someone may or may not be getting paid.
