Thought I would pass this on. I have been using them for a year and it's not only good for you it tastes great.
helped me cut some weight for the IBJJF world championships in California november 2014 too by making sure I always had good food around and didn't eat badly when I got hungry

Only thing though about Paleo...how do you know which paleo were talking about? Paleo from the americas? Paleo from Asian countries, Paleo from what part of the earrrthhh? :P

Well we use the term paleo but what does it exactly mean?

Different areas of the world have(and had) very different diets. So paleo from africa wont be the same as paleo from europe, as it wont be the same as paleo from asia.

SO how do we determine what's paleo and what's not? Is there a region's diet that's better than the other?

I'm not fully Paleo but I can't recall the last time i ate processed food.

Memory loss isn't usually seen as a net gain. But if it tastes good, yolo.
 
I'm all for eating primal/paleo, but what's with the 1290mg of sodium in their Stuffed Green Peppers with Grass Fed Ground Beef?? :eek:
