Maybe I'm too white to see the problem.
Matinee movie downtown. Friday afternoon. Ticket windows closed. Must by ticket at concession stand. The problem is obvious. How long has this been going on? To "serve the valued customer better"?:colors:
Ok, so they had some "must" or mold by the concession stand. Is that enough to complain here about?
Just good natured teasing. I plan to see kings men too.
I'm not complaining about that. I'm highlighting the fact that, once again, a corporation has found another way to cut a corner to the detriment of the customer and employee. If that's not a legitimate observation I'll be the first to apologize.
I pretty much quit going to movies when they started playing commercials.
Get used to it.
The first sign of death is to stop growing. That line refers to many things including corporate profits.
I'm madder today than yesterday. Why am I/are we expected to let blatant scams roll off our shoulders as business as usual? What part of "do the oil change, nothing else" don't they understand? You get one little cockroach you could crush with one hand trying to scam you and you're doing mental backflips to finesse a response. It's not right.
When I go to Mr.Lube I always say it's a lease and I am returning it end of month so do the minimum also when they ask about air filter change blah blah I say I work for auto parts distributor and too lazy to change my own oil. Makes for an easy transaction with minimal jabber.
I only go to the matinee at the drive in, it's never crowded.
