Well wherever they're made, and regardless of who it is bringing them back I hope they have the courage to reintroduce the "Plonker".

Because who among us wouldn't revel in the thrill of of joining a group of friends and strangers and proudly (and loudly) proclaiming. "Hey everybody come look at my Plonker!"

I, for one am downright chuffed at the prospects. Hell, according to google AI overview, ""Plonker" is no longer a fashionable insult. Only 20% of Brits say they'd be offended if called a plonker.", That's darn close to a compliment!!!

Can't wait for the branded gear.

Plonkers of the world - UNITE!

The only models likely to be brought back are the Trials and it's sidekick the Explorer.I had a 2011 tr280i for a few years and loved it. But when Ossa folded, i sold it and bought a Beta.

I remember one being called the 'Mick Andrews Replica'. Wasn't he a drummer for Spinal Tap ?

I remember that bike! But no, he was the steel player for Stompin' Tom. :)

Not a drummer, but Ian Anderson still owns his (sold off most of his other dirt bikes).
