Try using that site to look up your branch. It will show you the transit number (it will be 5 digits) in the details.
As for your account number, just go to your branch and ask a teller or something lol.

Hey! I tried looking up the numbers online too. No dice. My branch is in Kitchener. I've never actually been inside my branch, believe it or not. 
I'll just call them. I was hoping someone knew how to decipher the paper statements, but oh well. C'est la vie.
