I Dont think thats a problem. I think it may be a problem if you're using images from a few days or a few weeks earlier, But if you stop off at a place on your way to a tag, thats no big deal.

:director:Well, I think, that must be the rule of the game sequence: first get the answer to the previous spot, then take the new one.
Otherwise one can take a dozen pics of nice places while his vacation ride, and then posting them, so noone could get there in one day ride... If somwone starts cheating in the game, the game with it's rules is over.
That's the principle of that game, that one knows the spot he want's to post, but first he has to get to the previous one. And then he can ride to grab his own spot, or first post the answer. And there's a lightday limit in time, after which the other person can overtake the game, by posting the answer and the next spot. Or something like this...:toothy9:

I not thinking this is a big deal.. I took the pic the same day i got the current one.. who cares ? its not like its from a year ago.

its not across the country, its about 2hrs away from toronto.

the way this one unfolded, i was thinking that this was going to be the new pic, becasue daught had not put up his tag. after i got home, i realized where it was, and went and got it..

if anyone objects, say so, and put up a new place.

i do find it a bit odd though.. if i had of posted that new pic this morning, you wouldnt have thought anything of it.

Just for the future... The time :clock:goes only in one direction (well, at list if you're a human:alien:). And any photo taken "before" is the old one:tard:

dont know what to tell ya, been there about 3-4 times this year already, and im always snapping pics, must've used the wrong one in photobucket.

tell ya what, to stop the whining i'm taking it down, and you can have it.

and i'll even throw in a box of kleenex, to help with the tears.

its more about the ride getting there isnt it ?

so im guessing that other one isn't good anymore? im going out riding tomorrow and was going to get it. didn't realize it was so strict in here, since the game had a bit of a stalemate there i dont see the problem with the other pic. oh well yetti if you post up a new one tonight ill probly get it tomorrow.

I think the time of the day should not matter that much. It is reasonable to accept pictures taken on the ride to the spot. All this bitching and moaning holds the game back.

Im just like everyone else it seems, I just want to keep the thing going at a good pace, and i personally dont give a crap who takes a pic and when. If someone want to send a pic from last year, i honestly dont care. Its all about riding there, enjoying the scenery.And i actually did mess up my pics, because i'd been there in the past. I must have deleted the wrong ones. I dont care about the dates, i care about which pic makes my bike look good, then i delete the rest

if you look at the "rules" per se, its more about riding, and sightseeing. and getting people to experience new places they might not have been before. I dont even know why anyone would whine about it to begin with.
 
I agree that the shot should be permitted if it is taken on the same or subsiquent trip - who cares what the order is... as long as you are riding to some new and interesting places. I think the street car shot should count - especially if ATTS goes out to grab it. Then again the yettiman also cut me some slack on my Scenic Caves shot. :rolleyes:

why dont you go start a slogan sposts search? if you had of let him post up the spots he had the game would still be going, i was out on sunday and went by his old post but didn't bother taking a picture because you said it wasn't a legitimate post. so because of you being king photo tag this game has haulted.

i posted that rockwood pic around 5. then it rained
Sunday was a write off, freezing crappy weather and a hangover
now it monday morning, and here it is.

i think you're looking a little too deep into it. I admit that i screwed up my pic and broke a rule, it'll never happen again. but as far as having people have to wait for me. I normally try and get my pics up asap, so i can go out again, and get more.
