I've driving by that place SO many times wondering what it was. Actually I thought of it as a tag on the way to the limehouse conservation tag.
Also had an idea last night about posting a video tag instead of a photo - or would that be a whole new thread/game?

Apologies and hint not needed: there was enough info in the photos to locate this spot with Google - nice tag! Alas, I am pretty much a weekend tagger... although the weather looks good for a mid-week evening ride. We'll see.
