Waterdown is a town in Canada which since 2001 has been a community of Hamilton, Ontario.

This potential new tag spot is outside GTA.
As such, C-Note can post up a new spot inside GTA OR
for everyone else Whiskey A Go Go remains the tag spot to get next and you'll claim that tag and honor to post the next spot if you do so before C-Note posts up a new valid go-to tag spot.

The valid next-tag location posted by C-Note (i.e. within the boundaries of play) is in Post #942.

That building/ex-business (clue right there) has been all over automotive blogs/news websites recently. Makes it quite easy.

The car inside is a white 1980s 6series BMW.
