Ontario GTA photo tag

Any photo can enter that was taken at the tag location.
Can I start the contest display with this photo and the one that was taken earlier today at the church?

Still looking for photos from other contestants. Send it to gta2011contest@gmail.com I'll post the link to the contest site soon.

Prizes so far: 2 x $5 DQ gift card.

PS. Am I the only one who don't get the instant email notifications for the subscribed threads since the site was updated a few days ago?
Yes, that would be great.

Also, I've seen a couple of other threads grumbling about problems with the forum. I don't have that feature turned on, so I can't say if it is a wide spread problem. I'll give it a try... we should be hearing from sinbin soon.

Und ze new objective!

I guess the pic makes it seem as if the ol' gyal got a big ol' one :)

On a side note almost bought it on the way back home from this one. T junction, I am the on intersecting street making a left onto LAngstaff. My light turned green, and an approaching rig from my left continued into his wide right turn onto my street without stopping (no probs). I coast away and lean into my left turn only to realise the car behind the rig is running the red. Missed me because he was too busy fiddling with something and hadn't gassed it yet and was coasting at about 30 kph. I resisted the urge to follow him and stop him. I came home, changed underwear and then took the car to my chores despite the great weather. Enjoy all!

The prize Ice Cream @ Cedar Beach. Last card. I'll have to come up with a plan.;) (the original tag photo should be showing an arrow to the cards hiding spot, sometimes it takes awhile for the altered photo to appear.)

Did you know the Pope himself gave this place the How do you do. It was Pope John Paul II who consecrated the cornerstone. The first church in North America to be blessed by a Pope. Quite the story on its demise.

... and for my Summer solstice contribution, the New:

My fave Tim's to start or finish a small group ride (up to 6 bikes). Nestled in a refurb'd century home (worthy to be moved here) and modern addition so definitely not a 'big-box-mall' deal and parking is limited. And forget about a drive-thru.
Not your average Tim's.
If only they had WiFi ... or you can try to grab the free WiFi signal from the public library/community centre/rink across the road. :)

I can also go for some ice cream as well... across the street as well.

IXFe, it appears we share the same appreciation for older homes/buildings. I like this Tims too.

New;
As I was puttering along looking for a photo spot one of the owners approached, I explained the whole GTA photo tag thing and said the place looked like a fun place for the kids and that I would come back with my gaggle of little people.
He ends up giving me free passes for the kids and I then says "If your motorcycle friends are like you we'd be happy to have them here too." then gives me a bunch more passes as tag prizes!
Enjoy and I hope your kids have fun!
