Well folks, it has been a great year! I'm not done riding, but I'm pretty sure I'm done with Tag. Time to get out the snowboards and start dreaming of snow. Thanks to all the players who make the game happen & :cheers:special thanks to IXFe for keeping score and order! :cheers:
I know I haven't been in the game for very long but it was fun while it lasted!
I've now come to know this city in ways I never would've imagined thanks to this game, and improved my riding skills while sleep deprived in wet conditions (special thanks to vdub on that one); and finally, thanks to good old Nine Iron (IXFe) for putting in all the work to keep score of the game!

Thanks to all for taking part in 2012 Ontario GTA Photo Tag! :thumbup:
Our runner-up from the 2011 game trained hard during the off-season and has risen to be our 2012 Ontario GTA Photo Tag Champion.
Congratulations to slowpoke! Well played! :salute: (<<< please post up in the "Rides/Hookups" section when and where you'll be hosting the 'Champion's Dinner')
Only 4 of the TOp-10 played in the 2011 season, meaning a refreshing 6 of the Top-10 made big splashes in their rookie season.
Congrats to all, including a few honorable mentions:
vdubblues: Most Tags in One Week: 10 during Week#16 of play. Ten! .. in one week!!!!
slowpoke, IXFe: got a least one tag in 18 weeks of the 24-season
slowpoke, IXFe: had strings of 13 weeks-in-a-row with at least one tag this season. vdubblues and iav8 both enjoyed long 8 week runs
ikelso : Average Tags Per Week (of weeks scoring at least one tag): 4.75
vdubblues, Zaneris and bikermahn had a few back-to-back-to-back... tags: 8 consecutive, 7 and 4 to be precise. Truly Crazy!
nims232: % Wks Played With At Least One Tag: 100%! nims started with just 7 weeks left in the season and scored in all 7 weeks.
Not far behind is our champ slowpoke @ 90% and Zaneris @ 88.9%
That's it for now folks.
Enjoy the off-season. For the real hardcore (like rafiki), please keep tagging and sharing your adventures and places to ride to with us.

Made a new thread for the Winter months until IXFe starts up the 2013 season, I'll keep track of the score, but be sure to read over the rules, it's slightly different from this oneCan't wait for snowboarding too

Why not just keep it here and count the few winter tags towards next season as has been done before?

Thanks for another good year IXFe. Didn't ride as much as I would have liked, but it was still a great summer.
I think reducing the boundaries is a necessary change to keep the game moving in the cold, plus it's an opportunity to see how well the other scoring system works. Players can continue to tag here as well, I'm not stopping them

LOL... he meant 'before' as in 2011 when points were given for 'pre-season' tags.
2012 was just a straight-forward 24-week season that captured the riding season for the majority of riders.
