3). The place has to be somewhere anyone can safely ride to (no private property etc.), on roads (paved or gravel) no trails.

I assume the Badlands tag is still valid because of no bike in the pic so: old tag

I would have loved to take a pic with my bike where you had yours. Thanks to you, ROGO and Zaneris, I am glad I went to this place. I took few pics there but I realized that none had the bike once I got to Tomotoes... lol

It's cool dude.
People don't NEED to have their bike in the exact location that your bike is in for the picture. They just need a picture that shows the same place. Like the one A.K. used as an example. As long as the location is good to get to, and you can take a picture showing the same area; it's all cool.

The ruling is:
nims gets a point for his Badlands tag grab. Done in good faith, even without bike in pic...and then placed a valid next tag spot.
STaylorT does not get a point for his "apple factory" tag because of the invalid subsequent tag location.
Play on!

Fyi, the Badlands in BRAMPTON like others are constantly eroding and therefor should not be treaded on if we expect to have them as a place to see for years to come.

In future as a community lets try and do our part to appreciate the sight of the badlands versus treading or riding over them.

Thanks form my tree hugger side. :) I read aboit this once when searching for interesting places to go in Ontario.
