Yes anyone can participate but you must have the proper protective safety wear a few things done to your bike before they will let you on the track.

MY bike is all ready wire tied water in rad street fairings taken off and race ones put on and i have all gear, Just haven't had time nor someone to go to the track with this year.

give them a call to register, closer to the date to make sure the weather will be decent
