October 8 - 15 Deals Gap

Doing a week trip down in the Gap. We have one big chalet with multiple bedrooms and beds. There is room for 9 sleeping spots and it will be booked on a first paid, first reserved type of deal.

Food and transportation down there is everyones own responsibility (we can all get together and pitch money for groceries if that is decided) however depending on trailer spaces hopefully people can share travels with each other.

Check-in is on Saturday October 8 for one week with a check-out the following Saturday October 15. The cost is $150 for the week and as mentioned it is first paid, first reserved.

There are different bedroom setups and sleeping arrangements which you can decide from whats available when you pay. There is a few couples going so far so if you want to bring a significant other feel free. (you might want to hurry up and book in order to get a big enough bed)

I have to confirm that the business trip that was postponed from this week, isn't going to get postponed into that week. I should find out more early next week.
 
Can't make it with you guys since I'll be busy with school at the time, but the chalet is awesome, and you couldn't ask for a better group of riding buddies. Don't miss out!

I would like to try to make it. Is there room on a trailer for my bike? I need that and any seats to go down in a vehicle or (2 people)? If not driving is fine..... Let me know I am interested.....

Trailer space depends on who ends up coming and who has trailers. Right now I know that mine is full and another one is full. Depending on what happens over the next week there might or might not be openings on trailers, or the whole house will be full.
 
I am in - business trip is postponed until Nov - Dec some time.

The first part of that week is the last SOAR round - haven't decided what's going on with that yet. I have an extra spot on my trailer if anyone needs it, in which case I'll skip the race weekend. Otherwise I'll be a late arrival, probably Monday.
 
Sounds good Brian, I am pretty sure we could use the extra trailer spot but if you want to do the SOAR round then obviously it's your call.

Anyone else that wants to come down is free to do so however they will need an airmattress as all 9 beds are now spoken for.
