10GB is days is way too much. No background programs - PC, mobile, tablet combined - can upload 10GB in 2 days. Do you have wi-fi? If yes, change the password for it. Even if u r using wired connection but if your modem has wi-fi capability change the password. Turn off your PC for a day and check the stats next day.

Thanks to everyone for suggestions. My kids don't live at home. I'd already disabled wifi on my phones. No tablets. I'd already changed password. And i've been monitering usage. Seems to be back to where it should be.

Rogers told me to call them back about getting my overage creidted back to my account. I'll keep everyone posted as to how that goes!!

Sounds like some one was piggy backing

occasionally run an ip scanner, it will tell you how many devices are connected. Also there's programs like ethereal that will tell you what's being transferred by every device.
