Ok so i just had a beer with my nieghbour the machinist, engineer , welder.
brazing and bronze welding are a different process, brazing is a cappillary process where the material is flowed onto the surface and creates a bond adhering to the pours in the surface of the materials to be joined and bronze weld ( which has come MILES in the last twenty years) has strength in the joint material creating a strength through the fillet. Silicon and nickel additives have made this material extremely strong.
