If you exported it the "wrong" way then you'd still most likely have no issue. I've never had any bikes checked by US Customs when entering the US. Only ever check was by Canada Customs and thats what the Y38 is for.

I never registered the bike leaving the states, so I'm guessing I did it the wrong way. According to the states, that bike never left their country so I am pretty sure I can not bring it into the US.
 
i just worked 26 hours in two days. No making me read stuff. Still excited for the track :D
