New scarbrough rider "19"

Welcome.

Its best to do a load of solo riding to gain experience before riding in groups but other riders *MAY* help you.

Hello! sweet purchase. ull learn a lot on the 125. all good!

Don't feel guilty if they make fun of your 125. in the end it's all about the rider's control, comfort and hella $$$bling

Look at it in another light. Starting off on a ss is probably a bad idea. Enjoy your ride. Two wheels is better than no wheels

125's are so much fun to just whip around in. i learned on that when i took the m2 course. happy riding.

Congrats, be safe and have fun. If anyone makes fun of you for starting on a 125/250 pay no attention to them, because they're an idiot.

Not sure why anyone would laugh for starting out on a 125....? I look at that as the polar opposite, I'd laugh at you if you started out on something very powerful like a gsxr 1000. It's your first bike and I guarantee it wont be your last:)

Nothing wrong with starting on a 125. Get your dues in on one, and move to something bigger when/if you want. 2 wheels is the best number, hope you have fun, once the great canadian ice age ends.

Sup brother, I'm also 19. I started out on a gsxr 600 (brand new, laugh all you want :)) but that's just me. I rode my friends 125, let me tell you, it's fun as hell but you will get bored of it soon... Now I got my zx6r and let me tell you son, once you get on the 600's you'll feel untouchable..

Thought process of a 19 year old of feeling untouchable.

Be careful of who choose you ride with.

Lot of riders go down every season because they want to keep up with others beyond their skill level.

Why did you buy a cbr125 if you know people r gonna laugh? lol many 250s choices available for newbie.

best advice is quickly learn how to ride then upgrade!
