Welcome and nice bike -- A friend of mine has a red 300, and had it been out back in 2011 I might have ended up on it vs my CBR250RA.

I'm really glad I invested in the 2013 300 than an older 250. This bike is SO smooth and really helps me with the learning curve.

Ouch, sounds painful. But sounds like you were able to tame the Beast, though.

Thank you. I really enjoy riding the 300. I was told that I would get bored of the 125 too quickly, and I didn't feel confident enough to start on a 500cc+ bike. I think the 300 is a happy medium that I can grow into for at least a few years.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. How do you find the 250? I was considering it, but for the price people were selling it for, I didn't mind hashing out an extra grand or two to have a 2013.

While the 250 and 300 are the runts of the liter they are great bikes. Take it easy and learn at your own pace. Enjoy....she is a Beatiful bike!

Lol....was just making a little joke as I have a Kawi ninja also but it's a zx14r...1441 cc compared to the 300 ish cc and 250 ish cc, they are the little guys. We ride a lot, pm me if you would like to join us.
