Used, but be very careful about what you buy, look it over and make sure you get the proper documentation UVIP etc etc. Protect yourself first, it may be nice to think all of us riders here are good guy's but we're all human and not everyone has the best intentions in mind.
Oh and as others have said here get a new rider friendly bike, best to learn on that than something that cost you an arm and a leg.
