I'm in Mississauga as well and happy to show you some of the nicer roads. Be sure to ride up to the Forks of the Credit. Lots of riders to chat with there including many with retro bikes.

Im the same age as you, call state farm. They quoted me the lowest prices for a 250 and 500. Never asked If I had car insurance or not......
