New "mid-life crisis" rider in Brampton

Well done, congratulations. Think of it this way, it's simply another chapter in your life. I only started riding at 45, between raising a family, business and life in general, I actually consider this approach more sound.

The bike you chose is fabulous, tight twin, nimble and exclusive somewhat.

Find yourself a small group of smart riders to ride with and enjoy your newfound pleasure.

Cool bike and welcome. You just need saddle time. 45 years riding and I still notice the difference if I get a couple of back to back 1500k weekends - ride up to the Forks on a weekend and chat with the riders there. They'll love your ride and you can have a bit of fun in the area tho the Forks of the Credit is under construction just now - there are some others in the area good for a new rider.

Thanks! That is exactly it. Been busy with business, family, and life in general.

Thanks!

Thanks. I've been hitting the Forks of the Credit and also Hockley Road and I have managed to log about 750km in the last two weeks. The seat time definitely helps, and there is something new to learn with every ride.
