Finally, I got my Gsxr600 2013!!!!
everything seems fine!!
but I don't know why there are a lot of white or yellow paint on the parts?
because its new? or.... really wondering

I'd hate to be the one to inform you that its orange peel from a poor paintjob after an accident but you never know.. Post a picture.

I think he means the marks the factory uses to identify that the bolts have been torqued to spec.

If the bike was raced, they sometimes mark parts with paint after tech inspection to make sure they aren't tampered with afterward. Usually yellow or white.

Many bikes also come from the factory with these marks as well. Does not necessarily mean it's been raced. Can't speak to whether Suzuki does this but I have had new Hondas and KTMs with torque marks.

I suspect this is what the OP is referring to. I've worked at Honda (Alliston) and most torque wrenches have paint foam inserts. It's for inspection processes further down the assembly line. Should see some marker-paint on hose clamps and connectors as well.

Edit: Congrats on the new bike OP! Very excited for you!

i will post the photo to show what kind of paint it is

I bought it brand new... Really...?

What's that means....? Sorry for the lack of knowledge

It's likely a good thing! That paint was likely put on in the factory during assembly, so if you can still see it - the bike is likely brand spanking new! The more paint you see - the better assembly/inspection standards you get.

If you bought a new bike, and there were NO paint on any bolts, then be concerned.

Relax, and post some pics. :)

From the factory and it's normal. It's still on my 1000's control bolts and it's got 28,000k's on it now.

I know what you're talking about and it's normal. It's on mine too. Congrats on the bike. What color did you get?

Don't really understand... Sorry.. What does that mean...?

At the factory, they tighten bolts to a certain torque -this means the bolt should never come lose, or do damage from over-tightening.
As a quality control measure, they put a dab of paint or paint marker on the bolt to show that it was done. Multiple colors means it was done at multiple assembly stations.

Some factories use computer inputs at the assembly stations, tied to the bar-code on that particular bike instead of paint.

Before the bike leaves the factory, a QC guy will make sure those dabs are on the right bolts.
