New dealer in Aurora ?

People also had brakes fail on the way home and other crap from SON. One of the few places I would never deal with in any fashion.
I bought 2 bikes from them over the years, a Suzuki M50 and my wife a Suzuki S40. Both were low mileage (under 5K) that first time riders returned after the first season. I had an excellent buying experience both times. I have no experience with their after sale service.

Danny in parts at SON (previously at Suzuki of Richmond Hill) has always treated me well so I can't say anything bad about this company since he's the only one I ever deal with. That said, I've heard the horror stories over the years.

Hopefully he's still with them.

Yes it is - the sign outside their old location on Woodbine/Green Lane directs you to Serpa

I once test rode a GS1200 at Open Road BMW (selling cars and bikes) in Newmarket and about 5 years ago they changed owners and name to Sherpa BMW. About a year after that they announced they abandoned their BMW bike franchise and were sticking to cars and trucks (ie. SUVs) only. They are now called Newmarket BMW. Not sure but there may be some kind of partnership with the Sherpa dealer players and Suzuki of Newmarket in the formation of Sherpa Motorsport.

Do not know if they have anything to do with SON. If they are, I would not have anything to do with them.
I never had anything good to say about SON. Complete rip off artists.
