25 more hp, 18 less lbs, and multi-strada performance with similar GS off-road capabilities, the KTM may be worth watching. I agree with spankayf, wait for the 2nd model year to give them time to work the bugs out.

BMW usually keep to 3 to 4 years before they make major changes. During this time its usually recalls to fix any small issues.
