Never buying OEM oil filter again!

So why buy locally?

I've used these people for OEM parts for last 2 years. Filters for my ST are $22 locally and about $9 from this US suppplier. Prices are as good or better than I've seen elsewhere. They charge no taxes, ship USPS at a reasonable cost and I've yet to be dinged sales taxes or any fees by Canada Post when they deliver to my door. With the dollar at or close to par it doesn't get any better than that.

It is normal for the OEM Kawasaki cartridge filter to not include the o-rings, they are stocked seperately.

As mentioned above the Kawasaki OEM oil filter does not come with the 2 O rings. The K/N filter does , and in this case is cheaper than OEM. It's recommended to change those O rings every time you change the filter. They get crushed as soon as you install the new oil filter.

Crush washer is usually only a dollar or so.

canadian tire has those orings

I get my OEM suzuki spin on filter for the same price or lower than any aftermarket brand. You should sell the bike and get another type to save money.
