#1. Get up late.

#2. GF bitches at me for hours.

#3. Arrive at work late.

#4. Contact breaks during my shift (my eyes are -10 and -9 with heavy astigmatism).

#5. Rode back with one eye covered to new contacts (40KM).

#6. Random bolt comes off my bike and scares me ********

#7. Ride back after realizing the bolt wasn't that important (one of the bolts to hold the front fairing in) to work.

#8. The finale: clutch cable breaks on my way back home.

Seriously, **** my life today.

That's a bad day but if it's the worst of your life then consider yourself lucky!

I've had worse, but I get knocked out during those for a week or two so I don't remember them lol

I have no idea how many KM on the clutch cable. Didn't change it since I got it a while ago, hell I wasn't even sure if I lubed it right every time I cleaned the bike =/

Oh well, least I learned something...now how the hell do I fix it...

...now how the hell do I fix it...[/QUOTE]

either pony up the cash and tow to a shop or do as I do and search on-line for the shop service manual (free pdf download of course...who pays for anything :happy3:) and fix it yourself.

imo, that'd be a great day. you got to ride.

Dude, grow a set, tell your GF to STFU. Next, bring a spare pair of contacts with you or a spare pair of glasses. If your eyesight is that bad you should have a back up plan.

The clutch cable... ***** happens no biggie, at least you didn't crash your bike.

#1. Get up late.

Buy an alarm clock

#2. GF bitches at me for hours.

You sound crappy in bed...properly laid women don't *****, they have books on how.

#3. Arrive at work late.

Ride faster

#4. Contact breaks during my shift (my eyes are -10 and -9 with heavy astigmatism).

Wear glasses at work.

#5. Rode back with one eye covered to new contacts (40KM).

See #4 or find a closer eye place

#6. Random bolt comes off my bike and scares me ********

Maintain your bike better

#7. Ride back after realizing the bolt wasn't that important (one of the bolts to hold the front fairing in) to work.

Riding bikes is fun...why is this an issue?

#8. The finale: clutch cable breaks on my way back home.

See #6

Holy s-ht that was easy to fix...if life is this hard you must still live at home.

Stop right there...

You let your GF ***** at you for hours. God is just punishing you for being a little *****.

Yeah, the day before I even thought to myself "I should probably bring spare contacts because it's been almost 30 days since I last changed them".

For the girl thing, I can't really argue back because she's more or less right on what she was yelling at me about: spending too much time on work, business, and bike, and not enough on her.
