Need to fight a ticket and looking for recommendations on who I can use

Do it yourself and use it as a learning experience. Although I have not seen all of the in action the ones I have they just plead people down and win when the cop is a no show (even when they have a guarantee win on 11b they just plead down, I guess 10 minutes to fill out the paper work is not covered for the $100s the charge!). You can do this yourself. There are lots of online resources to help you through the process.

Also, if you current tickets come off your record in the next few months fighting it will delay this one going on (even if you lose) so the timing may workout in your favour, win or lose.

Go to the court house and set up an appointment to meet with the crown.

This will eliminate you losing any points and at most you'll pay half the fine....that is, as long as the previous 2 tickets you mentioned aren't for the same thing:p

A friend went with Reza Nazer...a dude that works out of Yonge Street. Her court is coming up, but Reza came highly recommended from a friend. Get this, he offered to pay the ticket in the event that he lost in court...But hey, you do your own research :)!

I personally went with OTT Legal (Durham Office), and got lucky in dropping my charges.

Redline

BTW, just in case you are wondering.
1 - Ask for a court date
2 - Wait until you get it
3 - Ask for disclosure
4 - Decide if you want to go with Legal Help or not or you can go and ask for first attendance and if you don't like the outcome of that, then go and get Legal Help or fight it yourself.

That's why you created a new account and pulled out a 5-months-old thread? Hm, let me think hard, which company you must be working for...

Actually 2 5 month old threads with their only two posts. They are very concerned with ensuring we are protected from the 'evils' of redline. I am glad redline advertises here, but the reason I recommend them is not because they give Paul money, I recommend them because of the number of positive outcomes I have heard of that they were responsible for. (Any other paralegal company I have heard many stories about have had consistently bad outcomes).

Using your electronic turn signals is an option. Just tell them in court your manual turn signal (AKA your arm) must not have been visible to the officer
