Need some help trying to switch bike ownership without proper registration

Sorry, I have the top right of the form, the part with the heading Application For Vehicle Transfer. I have all the information filled out in the Seller's part.

Doesn't make sense. If that's all filled out, it has the address and seller's signature. That's all you need to transfer ownership. Post a pic.

No he doesn't. The only thing of the sellers there would be their signature. The address and everything else is the buyers information.

Go swear an affidavit and transfer it then.

I went to a home in Brampton but did not remember the address.

I used Moto Limo and lucky I saved the email so I have the actually address when the bike was picked up and the date. That should help with the affidavit.
