Sorry,I'm confused by your English. "I do think he didn't react it early enough". Does that mean you don't think he reacted early enough? He sure as he'll didn't react early enough. He didn't try to slow down until the last minute. I've watched it a few times and the posts seem to be passing at the same speed until the last minute. He obviously was expecting the truck to correct the situation.
 
If I was in the same car as him, I'd look long and hard at him and ask "Since when did you get castrated??"

Car driver is an idiot. Insurance should have placed just as much blame on him as the truck driver. He waited way too long to react.

You know it was a truck he was in right? Sure he could have started braking when he got out of the corner, but unless you've ever slammed on the brakes towing a trailer down a snow covered highway how can you judge?
