Mv Augusta GTA?

Just had my 2016 F3800RC delivered to my house today from Sturgess cycle. Factory forgot to include seat cowl, manual and fender eliminator. Hopefully get them soon. MV will survive . . They increased sales last year 30 percent .

Great looking bike. 800 seems to be just about perfect size for street racing.

This just keeps getting better and better...

By the looks of everything MV is going through, I'm gonna have to ask for my deposit back because I won't even see a damn tricycle from them in months, if at all, and the season is about to start.

I just saw another Italian bike, more powerful and less expensive than the MV toy I had my sights on.

well...with all that is happening would you like to buy my F4 ?
on second thought, gnaw i'll keep it and frame it and display it as a conversation piece.
or.. i will just ride it till i trade it for a german/italian brand...

Aprilia?

Imagine just for a moment... Aprilia snaps up MV and builds their triples to replace the venerable Shiver, maybe the Caponord and builds a lower-end Tuono ... and also the 675. Drop the F4 which has always been pretty but never so capable, and then you have a mid-range supersport and several (well-received and moderately successful) less powerful alternatives in naked and adventure. In the meantime, you pick up all of MV's dealerships.

Aprilia's numbers are a long way up with their new bikes. This would just bolster that.

Just came back from watching Batman v Superman and saw this amazing bike in the background.

Yes, there's a grey RSV4 RR at Corsa Meccanica.

This would make a great story, actually.

what bike are you waiting for? Call dave carvell at Sturgess . He got me my RC fast

The infamous F3 800 AMG. I don't think it's gonna get built after all this and I want my money back.

It wouldn't depend on any dealership, if the bike is not even in existence and MV is already under chapter 11 in he US, I can kiss my dream bike good bye.

For the street, the Tuono is definitely the right bike. Frankly, I don't - and I am completely serious about this - think there is a finer bike on the planet for overall excitement. I am about to start my 9th season with my Tuono, and if I didn't have a v4 already, I'd trade up.

It's a great bike.. Just not a fan of that half fairing

Wish they made a super naked bike

That bike will do about 180mph flat out. There's a reason it has a half fairing. You can do anything you want on it, including tour or race. Dunno if you saw the fellow who owned a Super Duke and decided to race a new Tuono 1100 Factory in the 2015 KTM Cup...

Aprilias are amazing bikes and the V4 engine sounds like nothing else. I have been on the bike a few times this year and it has always been the Tuono. George at Corsa is great to deal with. Big jump in power from the F3 to the RSV4RR...you will love it.

I know, it's the other great Italian brand!!

The thing is, I gotta find a way to get my deposit back, I got a purchase order already for the F3 but I don't wanna be held hostage and wait indefinitely for MV to resolve their sh*t.

Start by calling the dealer and seeing if they will clean this up easily. If that doesn't work, read your contract, look for conditions they may have violated that you can present to the dealer to get this done. Is there a guaranteed delivery date? is there a penalty clause if they don't meet that date?

If I'm the dealer I am going to try to keep the customers happy as this may turn into a nightmare as obviously the bikes aren't coming anytime soon. Hopefully the dealer didn't send the money to Italy already, that leaves them in a terrible spot.
