I guess it will be WHO approved vaccines. And no Covid test required for land crossings, which is awesome.Which vaccines do you have to have had? Too late for Barber this year.
Unless Canada changes it's requirements you will still need to get a Covid test before you return to Canada. Halfway there!I guess it will be WHO approved vaccines. And no Covid test required for land crossings, which is awesome.
U.S. to lift Canada, Mexico land border restrictions in Nov for vaccinated visitors
The United States will lift restrictions at its land borders with Canada and Mexico for fully vaccinated foreign nationals in early November, ending historic curbs on non-essential travelers in place since March 2020 to address the COVID-19 pandemic.www.reuters.com
Exactly. You can’t just go for a day as I don’t think the test results will come in fast enough.Unless Canada changes it's requirements you will still need to get a Covid test before you return to Canada. Halfway there!
I think Canada requires a test from a country of departure. At least for the air travel. Are you able to take the test in Canada…go to the US in the morning and come back in the afternoon as you theoretically have a PCR test before returning?
Probably true but on a quick trip, MP's test result is just as useless as a test taken in the US. Afaik, it needs a little time to cook before you cross the threshold in the test. I would be shocked if the test registered positive before a day or two after exposure.I think Canada requires a test from a country of departure. At least for the air travel.
US allowed AZ now. I haven't seen a report that details how they feel about mix and match yet. This is where the issue with the Feds supplying mixed vaccines, without thinking it through, comes in.
To those of you who won the lottery, have fun!
I think Canada accepts rapid tests that can be done in 15 minutes.Exactly. You can’t just go for a day as I don’t think the test results will come in fast enough.

On a better note, it's thought that Trudeau thinks his pension has been padded enough.

No, the law guarantees your right to enter Canada as a citizen at anytime. Once you're here, you can be detained, placed in quarantine, etc.I think Canada accepts rapid tests that can be done in 15 minutes.
The other question what will it show if you left that morning? And if it's positive - can they NOT allow Canadian citizen to enter?
Good. I prefer to have COVID on this side of the border. No, the law guarantees your right to enter Canada as a citizen at anytime. Once you're here, you can be detained, placed in quarantine, etc.
I went to greece in aug - you're required to get a pcr done and its good for 72 hrs before departure. (you need to get on the plane by that time)I think Canada accepts rapid tests that can be done in 15 minutes.
