moving parking signs in markham

ya...if i cant move the sign there's no pt of repaving anyways.

You need to get a copy of your registered plan to see where your property ends and where the city property begins. Most likely your property ends at the garage door and the rest is city property.

... until you park on it. Than its considered an expanded driveway.

Meter maids don't typically just walk around and look into the yards just to see whether the car is parked on a driveway or walkway (after consulting city plans, of course), unless you get reported by one of those busybodies who complain about having 3 cars along an entire city block past the 3hr limit, which brings us to the next point.. How's your relationship with your neighbors, op?

Bylaw guys in Markham drive around a lot.

Step 1 pull the sign out. Step 2 contact city and tell them it fell over during snow storms and snow banks pile up.
Tell them you are safely keeping it in your garage and for them to contact you when they are coming by to reinstall it.
When they arrive ask the person to put into different spot that your wife want to plant some flowers here.
Step 3, pay me for helping you to make more money.
