She is an accessory to a crime, but no name or even mention of her arrest.

Edit: She is in custody but no charges laid.

I remember in the past i heard that some pro teams prohibit their players to ride motorcycles as it’s too dangerous for their huge investments.

I did some reading and it IS true. Barcelona FC comes in mind. If this guy is a pro athlete for a team like this and likes riding he cant possibly have either moto licence or insurance into his name.

I'm still wondering why the delay in naming him or is that a common occurrence until those charged appear in court?

It's not that unusual for police to not name someone... It's public knowledge once they get to court without a ban put in place by a judge.
