If you drain the fuel it shouldn't be a problem. Just remember that your motorcycle won't be covered by your house insurance, so you'd still need your regular insurance on it.

That's not material. They insure the home, regardless of what is inside of it. But, you would not want a bike with gas inside a house, there is always a small leech of gasoline vapors.
